Where it all started... Lockdown! 

Yes you read that right. During the global pandemic 2020 I tried my hand at baking. Let's face it everyone on social media was baking banana bread! So I gave it a try. Needless to say my banana bread looked more like pork pie. I attempted cupcakes and my buttercream topping was a disaster! But I carried on baking and practising, in time and to my amazement I improved and loved it, so did every family member and neighbour who got to taste my delicious bakes. Having been left in a financial situation like most people during lockdown, I decided to give my baking a go as a business and the rest as they say is history!
